Material research, the effects of chemical components such as carbon, silicon, manganese, smelting process parameters, alloy types and additions on the microstructure and properties were analyzed and studied; The influence of grain refinement; successfully overcome the as-cast high-performance, low-temperature impact thick and large-section ductile iron material and forming technology, and innovatively developed two types of QT400-18AL (-30 ℃) / QT350-22AL (-40 ℃) Low temperature ferrite matrix ductile iron material, and formed a stable process scheme.

Through the implementation of the project and the application and transformation of the results, Shared Equipment Co., Ltd. has formed a product production line dedicated to wind power generation. Rack), the main technical and performance indicators meet the user technical agreement requirements.

During the implementation of the project, 5 invention patents were applied for, 1 utility model patent was authorized, and 1 autonomous region scientific and technological achievement was obtained. A total of 271 pieces of 5 kinds of products were produced, and the sales revenue was nearly 70 million yuan.
