In order to thoroughly implement the work deployment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the construction of a green manufacturing system, create an advanced model of green manufacturing, and lead the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the recommendation of the list of provincial green factories in 2022. . Through the procedures of enterprise self-evaluation, evaluation and recommendation of municipal industry and information departments, expert demonstration, and publicity, 117 enterprises have been identified as provincial green factories in 2022, and the list is now announced (see the annex for details). and make the following requirements:
1. Increase policy support. It is necessary to strengthen the connection between green factories and relevant industrial policies, actively strive for the coordination of local supporting funds, and include the green manufacturing system construction project as the focus of existing financial support. At the same time, financial institutions are encouraged to provide convenient and preferential credit services for green factories.
2. Strengthen supervision and management. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of green factories. The list of provincial green factories shall be dynamically managed. In accordance with the principle of “review every three years”, the announced provincial green factories shall be reviewed, and the units that no longer meet the green factory evaluation requirements shall be reviewed. Removed. It is necessary to actively promote enterprises in the list of provincial green factories to carry out self-declaration of green manufacturing level indicators, and actively accept social supervision.
Third, increase publicity efforts. It is necessary to summarize the advanced experience and typical practices of provincial green factories in a timely manner, strengthen publicity and experience promotion for green factories with obvious green characteristics and outstanding results, and give full play to the demonstration role of point-to-point to lead the green transformation of local manufacturing.
