A few days ago, Wuxi Yoshioka Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yoshioka Precision”) invested and constructed new energy auto parts, steam generators for clean electrical appliances, 5G communication parts, precision machinery parts and mold production and processing projects (Northeast Tangxin Factory), the main body has been capped at present, and it is expected to be delivered in September this year, the workshop decoration will be completed in October, the installation and commissioning of some equipment will be completed in November, and trial production will be carried out in December, and will finally be put into operation in January 2023.
It is understood that the new Northeast Tang factory of Yoshioka Precision is located in Northeast Tang Street, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The project was delisted on May 6, 2021, and construction started in September of that year. The total investment of the project is 310 million yuan, with a land area of 32.47 mu and a construction area of 45,779 square meters. After the project is completed and put into production, it can form an annual production capacity of 9,000 tons of new energy auto parts, steam generators for clean electrical appliances, 5G communication parts, precision mechanical parts and 500 sets of molds.
In recent years, relying on the rapid development of the downstream new energy vehicle industry, Yoshioka Precision has insisted on R&D investment, continuously enriched the product categories of auto parts, and its production capacity has also been greatly improved. Yoshioka Precision said at the recent investment performance briefing that the company’s annual output of 29 million pieces of precision machinery parts production line intelligent transformation project is still under construction. After the project is completed, it will mainly produce auto parts, power tool parts, communication equipment and heaters, office automation parts, LED lighting products, textile machinery parts and molds. With the upcoming completion of the new Northeast Tang factory of Yoshioka Precision Construction, the expected expansion of production capacity is clear.
Yoshioka Precision was established in 2002, focusing on the research and development, production and sales of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy precision parts, products covering electronic and electrical parts, auto parts and other parts. On November 24, 2021, Yoshioka Precision was officially listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
Yoshioka Precision’s main products used in the three major fields are divided into three categories: electronic and electrical parts, auto parts and other parts. Among them, electronic and electrical parts and auto parts are the company’s core business. In the first quarter of this year, Yoshioka Precision’s operating income was 94.36 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.64%; its net profit was 13.95 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.89%. During the reporting period, the sales of electric tools products increased by RMB 7.8461 million, which came from the increase of RMB 11.9568 million in sales of main auto parts products. The increase in performance was due to the increase in orders.
