The Heilongjiang Province Green Casting and Forging Industry Base Construction Promotion Conference and the Heilongjiang Province Foundry Industry Innovation and Development Seminar was held
On the afternoon of August 30, the Heilongjiang Province Green Casting and Forging Industry Base Construction Promotion Conference and the Heilongjiang Province Foundry Industry Innovation and Development Seminar was held in Harbin. This event is one of the parallel activities of the 7th China International New Materials Industry Expo. It aims to improve the resilience and safety level of the supply chain of basic materials of heavy equipment in our province by building a green casting and forging industrial base in Heilongjiang Province, and help build a strong national heavy equipment production and manufacturing base. Li Jiang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Zhang Yaobin, Deputy Mayor of Qiqihar Municipal People's Government, attended the event and delivered speeches.
At the event, Yang Chengkun, deputy secretary-general of the China Foundry Association, made a keynote speech on “Response Measures for the Foundry Industry under the New Situation”. Heilongjiang Foundry Association, Qiqihar Foundry Association, and Harbin Institute of Technology made special exchanges respectively. Representatives from the People's Government of Fularji District, Qiqihar City, Harbin Jixing Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd., Shenyang Foundry Research Institute of China Machinery General Academy of Machinery Group, Harbin Electrical Factory Co., Ltd., Qiqihar Lianlong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and other guest representatives made recommendations. The People's Government of Fularji District, Qiqihar City signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Heilongjiang Foundry Association, and Beimo Automobile and Jixing Machinery signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement and a technology development agreement with Qiqihar University and Harbin University of Science and Technology respectively.
In recent years, Heilongjiang Province has focused on building a strong and strong national heavy equipment production and manufacturing base, focusing on the high-end, digital and green development of the foundry and forging industries in the province, giving full play to the basic advantages of our province in metal smelting, material research and development, whole-machine manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation, accelerate technological transformation, investment promotion, product development and scientific and technological innovation, improve the resilience and safety level of the basic material supply chain of the heavy equipment industry, and accelerate the creation of a green casting and forging industrial base radiating to the Northeast.
Representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises in and outside the province, including Qichong CNC Equipment, Jiamusi Longsheng Machinery, and more than 80 representatives from scientific research institutes such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Qiqihar University, Provincial Machinery Research Institute, Provincial Metallurgical Planning Institute, and Provincial Energy Conservation Monitoring Center.
