This is the Southwest Street community, originally an old courtyard. The word “Fuqin” tells of the long history of this place: it was once misrepresented as the site of Sima Xiangru Fuqintai. It was discovered in 1942 by dug an air-raid shelter. It was actually the “Yongling Mausoleum” built by the former emperor of Shu during the Five Dynasties, but it is still preserved today. Today, the park city has become an important city label in Chengdu. Chengdu adheres to the incubation and cultivation of voluntary service organizations, and has basically established a voluntary service organization system with reasonable layout, standardized management and full of vitality.
