Guangdong Hongtu: The newly purchased 6800T super large die-casting equipment is in the installation stage

Recently, Guangdong Hongtu said in an institutional survey that the Jinli factory covers an area of 220 acres. The first phase of the Jinli factory (Guangdong Hongtu Science and Technology Park) began construction in 2017 and was completed and put into production in 2019. The current CNC workshop’s machining capacity layout It has been basically completed and the machine load is relatively full; the die-casting workshop is currently equipped with a set of 4400T and 2500T die-casting islands. The newly purchased 6800T super-large die-casting equipment is in the installation stage, and the company’s business development needs will continue to supplement the die-casting capacity in the future. Jinli factory is equipped with T7 heat treatment, automatic precision processing line and intelligent information system to realize fully automatic information control and management.

It is understood that Guangdong Hongtu’s die-casting business has production bases in Gaoyao, Guangdong, Nantong, Jiangsu, and Wuhan, Hubei, among which the Gaoyao base has factories in Jindu (the first and second factory) and Jinli respectively. The Gaoyao base mainly supports North American Chrysler and South China customers, such as Dongfeng Nissan, GAC, GAC Honda, GAC Toyota, CATL, etc. New energy vehicle customers include Xiaopeng Motors, GAC E’an, etc.; Nantong base mainly supports North American GM and East China Regional customers, such as SAIC GM, Geely, FAW Toyota, etc., new energy vehicle customers include NIO, zero-run vehicles, etc.; Wuhan base mainly supports customers in central China, such as Wuhan Honda, Getrag, SAIC-GM Wuhan, Zhengzhou Nissan , Xiaopeng Automobile Wuhan Company, etc.

In the automotive field, Guangdong Hongtu has successfully developed a variety of body structure products such as front and rear longitudinal beams, shock-absorbing towers, and body brackets, and has obtained mass production orders from some customers. It is expected that the sales of such products will be in the next year. Further increase. The body structure products are relatively large in size and weight, and the unit price is relatively high.

At present, Guangdong Hongtu’s new energy vehicle products mainly include motor shells, battery shells, and body structural parts, and they are also being deployed in the direction of integrated structural parts. Among them, there is a large market space for battery casings. The country is promoting a new energy vehicle battery swap mode. The standardization of battery casing specifications is worth looking forward to. This requires a larger tonnage die-casting machine, as well as higher-performance materials and more complex manufacturing processes. . The company will increase its efforts to research the application of die-cast aluminum alloy products in future new energy vehicles.
