3 “Foundry Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard” officially implemented
In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, prevent and control environmental pollution and improve environmental quality, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued the “Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Foundry Industry” drafted by the China Foundry Association ( GB 39726-2020), the standard will be officially implemented from January 1, 2021.
The “Foundry Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard” requires that new factories will be implemented from January 1, 2021, and existing factories will meet the requirements on July 1, 2023. The promulgation and implementation of the standard is an effective way for the foundry industry to implement precise pollution control, scientific pollution control, pollution control according to law, and strict regulation of emission management. It further promotes fair competition in the foundry industry and effectively solves the problem of “bad money drives out good money”. , promoting the adjustment of industry structure and high-quality development.
