On February 9, the production workshop of Ningde Wenda magnesium-aluminum alloy project was filled with a strong atmosphere of joy. At 9:09, Zhou Naisong, secretary of the Shouning County Party Committee, and Xia Peng, chairman of Sanxiang New Materials Co., Ltd. and general manager of Ningde Wenda Magnesium Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., pressed the start button, and the die-casting machine and peripheral equipment worked together. The gleaming magnesium-aluminum alloy battery end plate liquid metal quickly solidified and formed, and Wenda’s magnesium-aluminum alloy test was a complete success. Leaders of Shouning County, Li Xia, Mei Chunqiang, Fu Ping, and Chen Linfeng attended the event.
The Ningde Wenda magnesium-aluminum alloy project is one of the key projects for Shouning to actively integrate into the overall development of the city and build a new zirconium-magnesium material industry cluster. The total land area of the project is 350 mu, and the first phase is planned to invest 850 million yuan. The construction content includes raw material preparation workshop, machining workshop, foundry workshop, office building, exhibition hall and corresponding production and auxiliary facilities. After completion, it can produce 50,000 tons of magnesium and aluminum annually. Alloys will be widely used in ships, lithium batteries, building templates, portable equipment and other industries. The project has completed the installation and commissioning of hundreds of fully automatic production equipment. It will be officially put into production in March and is expected to achieve sales revenue of 10 billion yuan.
In order to ensure that the project is completed on time and put into operation and effective, during the Spring Festival, the project construction in the park will not be closed. All construction personnel will stick to the front line of their posts, work hard and overcome difficulties, and promote the project construction to run out of “acceleration”. In Shouning County, a land element security headquarters with the secretary of the county party committee and the county magistrate as the chief commander was established. There were four groups and three areas under it, and a special work class was established. A work plan and a set of “Five Ones” mechanisms for supporting policies provide a full range of service guarantees for project construction. At the same time, the key projects and the front lines of key work are regarded as “training grounds” for inspecting cadres, and the employment orientation of “advancing the capable, awarding the excellent, letting the mediocre and inferior” further encourages the cadres to devote themselves to the project construction and promote the project.
