In order to digest the newly added molten aluminum in time and realize the full-load production of the ingot production line as soon as possible, the Alloy Division has stepped up the installation and commissioning of the equipment while ensuring safety. Led by the leaders of the department, the leaders in charge of the checks, set up a research team mainly composed of members of the casting class and the maintenance class. After many times of multi-equipment debugging and trial production, the conditions for official production were finally successfully completed. It is reported that after the successful operation of Line 3, it can optimally meet the needs of electrolysis production and improve the profitability of aluminum ingots.
