01 Degree Edge Electronics Project
The project is invested and constructed by Dubian Electronic Technology (Huangshi) Co., Ltd. It is located in Daye Lake High-tech Zone, Huangshi, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The project is constructed in two phases.
The first-phase investment is 300 million yuan, and the leased factory building covers an area of 15,000 square meters. Construction will start in August 2021, and it will be completed and put into operation in March 2022; Square meters, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of auto parts, computer all-in-one, smart wear, smart audio, notebook computers, smart communication terminal precision metal components and structural parts. After the first phase of the project is completed and put into operation, the annual output value will be 200 million yuan, the annual tax payment will be 10 million yuan, and 400 people will be employed.
The company takes product research and development, mold development and process design as the core, and provides customers with medical and surgical mechanical structural parts, new energy automobile products based on manufacturing technologies such as precision die casting, precision stamping, precision CNC, precision injection molding, precision cutting and surface treatment. Structural parts, photovoltaic product structural parts, mobile phone and tablet computer exterior parts and other plastic and metal structural parts and exterior parts; 4 R&D and production bases have been built in Suzhou, Shenzhen and Huangshi, which have become companies such as SAIC Motor, Huawei Technologies, Foxconn, etc. qualified suppliers.
The company has a product process R&D team and a production and manufacturing team, with outstanding R&D and manufacturing capabilities. The company has 6 invention patents and more than 100 utility model patents. 02 Zhongdu Prefabricated Building Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project
The project is invested and constructed by Hubei Zhongdu Group Co., Ltd. It is located in Daye Lake High-tech Zone with a total investment of 600 million yuan and a land area of 118 mu. Construction will start in July 2021, and it will be completed and put into operation in March 2022. Mainly engaged in the production of PC prestressed shear walls, partition panels, stairs, laminated panels, interior wall panels, self-insulation exterior wall panels, balcony panels sporadic construction and commercial concrete production and sales.
After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual production capacity of 110,000 cubic meters of prefabricated building parts, 800,000 cubic meters of green and environmentally friendly concrete, an annual output value of 750 million yuan, an annual tax payment of 30 million yuan, and employment of more than 300 people.
03 Fumei Aluminum Project
The project is invested and constructed by Daye Fumei Aluminum Co., Ltd., located in Daye Lake High-tech Zone, with a total investment of 150 million yuan and a land area of about 50 mu. 6 new extrusion production lines and 1 automatic vertical spraying production line are built, mainly engaged in the production, processing and sales of aluminum rods, aluminum ingots, aluminum plates and aluminum alloy profiles.
After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 90,000 tons of aluminum rods and 30,000 tons of aluminum ingots, with an annual output value of 250 million yuan, an annual tax payment of 12.6 million yuan, and employment of more than 150 people.
04 Chenggong Electronics Project
The project is invested and constructed by Dongguan Yiming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. It is located in Daye Lake High-tech Zone, with a total investment of 100 million yuan and a plant area of 7,700 square meters. Construction will start in September 2021, and it will be completed and put into production in March 2022. Mainly produces the production and sales of driving recorders, mobile phones, tablet computers, capacitive touch screens and other products, which are widely used in automotive products, industrial control, tablets, smart home appliances and other fields. Wait for the company to reach a cooperation intention.
After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output value of 100 million yuan, an annual tax of 6 million yuan, and arrange employment for more than 200 people.
