The reporter learned that from this year, the comprehensive evaluation of foundry production capacity in Maanshan City will be carried out once a year, and the evaluation scope will achieve full coverage of foundry enterprises (enterprises with foundry smelting equipment, including enterprises above and below regulations). At the same time, for newly established enterprises, enterprises in the construction period of major projects, and enterprises in the merger and reorganization category, a one-year transition period can be given to suspend the implementation evaluation.
The comprehensive evaluation of foundry production capacity adopts a 100-point system, and four evaluation indicators of taxation, energy consumption, environmental protection and safety are set up, accounting for 50 points, 20 points, 20 points and 10 points respectively. The actual score of the enterprise is the sum of the scores of each indicator. Enterprises with a comprehensive score in the bottom 20% are regarded as enterprises in the category of recommended production capacity exit.
