At Fengrui Mold Co., Ltd., visiting companies stopped to observe the Fengrui management system display board and learned about the 6S workshop management system implemented by Fengrui Mold Co., Ltd. Later, the viewing group inspected the workshop production layout and learned about the mold production process, product application market, etc.
At Zhicheng Precision Mold Co., Ltd., the visiting company had an in-depth discussion with Zhicheng managers about raw material supply, cost control, product prices, etc. in mold production, and learned from the company's advanced management experience.
At Yishengyuan Company, everyone visited the clean management of the workshop, learned about the company's production operations and market expansion, and communicated about the suitability and feasibility of producing casting molds.
