Notice on convening the 2021 Zhejiang Foundry Annual Meeting

This annual meeting will invite leaders of government departments, well-known experts in the industry, leaders of China Foundry Association and Foundry Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society to attend and give work guidance and special reports. Welcome colleagues in the industry from brother provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, and leaders of local casting associations to come and give guidance. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

1. Meeting time:From November 10-12, 2021, the board meeting will be held in the afternoon on the 10th.

2. Conference Venue: HuzhouDongwu New Century Grand Hotel (555 Laodong Road, Huzhou City)

Fourth, the content of the meeting

(1) Provincial Foundry Association, Provincial Foundry Society Council and Standing Council meeting;

(2) Government leaders, well-known experts and entrepreneurs in the industry, to make academic reports on the national new policies and standards of the foundry industry and the industry’s low carbon, high quality, safety and sustainability;

(3) Promulgate and implement the standard conditions of the foundry industry and the development plan of Zhejiang Foundry’s 14th Five-Year Plan;

(4) Case exchanges on innovation in industry-university-research-related fields, cultivation of industrial clusters, and special seminars on non-ferrous metals, steel casting, and precision casting;

(5) Some members of the Foundry Expert Advisory Committee of the Provincial Foundry Association provide free economic and technical consultation;

(6) Exchange, promotion and application of “four new” process technologies in the foundry industry;

(7) Excellent paper exchange and awards at the annual meeting;

(8) Qingzhu Trade Union and Local Industrial Cluster Entrepreneurs Association.

6. Conference fees

(1) Conference fees: 1100 yuan/person for member units, 1300 yuan/person for non-member units;

(2) Accommodation fee: RMB 380 per room per day for standard rooms, RMB 420 per room per day for single rooms;

(3) Information release

(1) Publish color inserts in “Conference Proceedings”: member units: 1,500 yuan/page; non-member units: 2,000 yuan/page;

(2) Conference information release: RMB 2,000 for member units/5 minutes (including conference fees for 1 person, 10% discount for investment casting enterprises), RMB 3,000 for 10 minutes (including conference fees for 1 person, 10% discount for investment casting enterprises), non Member unit: 3000 yuan/5 minutes (including one person conference fee), 5000 yuan/10 minutes (including one person conference fee);

(3) Booth (unit): RMB 2500 for member units (including conference fees for 1 person, 10% discount for investment casting enterprises), RMB 3,800 for non-member units (including conference fees for 1 person);

(4) Distribution of advertisements and materials: RMB 800 for member units (10% discount for precision casting enterprises), RMB 1,500 for non-member units.

7. Call for Papers and Publication of Annual Conference

(1) The scope of the annual conference call for papers (not limited to): Achievements and research progress in materials, processes, equipment, technology, management, etc. related to the casting field.

(2) Proceedings format and requirements

(1) The number of words in the thesis should be controlled within 5,000 words to avoid commercial propaganda;

(2) The deadline for paper submission is October 31, 2021;

(3) Paper format: title, author unit, author’s name, abstract, keywords, main text, and references;
