This achievement takes the promotion of urban and rural education balance and the realization of educational equity as the starting point, and focuses on the initiative and creativity of multiple educational subjects, forming a “12345” rural “small but excellent” school construction system. At present, the project has been implemented in 155 rural small-scale schools (with less than 200 students) in Wenzhou City, which has promoted the group transformation of a group of “small but excellent” schools.
