2. Coking industry: From March 3rd to 13th, A-level enterprises will voluntarily reduce emissions, B-level enterprises will extend the coke out time to 36 hours, and C-level D-level enterprises will extend the coke out time to 40 hours.

Cement clinker industry: From 0:00 to 5:00 on March 3, all rotary kilns for cement clinker were shut down; independent lime kilns were shut down from 3 to 13; Production will be suspended from 0:00 on the 5th to 0:00 on the 5th, and the non-leading type will be suspended from 0:00 on the 3rd to 24:00 on the 13th.
