Coal mining industry: focus on solving the phenomenon of disorderly contracting and labor; continue to promote the management of major disasters in coal mines in advance, and carry out a general survey of hidden disaster-causing factors in coal mines; speed up the construction progress of intelligent mines and intelligent mining face, deepen the construction of coal mine standardized management system, and speed up the construction of coal mines. Promote the progress of the construction of “electronic seals”; severely crack down on violations of laws and regulations such as coal mine over-layer and out-of-bounds mining, forged drawings, and concealed working faces.
Metallurgical industry and trade industry: re-investigate 25 key law enforcement matters involving iron and steel, aluminum processing (deep well casting), and explosion-related dust; carry out identification and evaluation of enterprises involved in the production, operation, storage and use of supporting hazardous chemicals; strengthen limited space Operational risk prevention, especially in key light industry enterprises such as food processing, leather processing, and papermaking, carry out “consultation” inspections in a timely manner to strictly prevent accidents.
