On April 9, an equipment truck loaded with a Lijin die-casting machine entered Dongguan Enchuang Precision Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Enchuang Technology”). Two brand-new 88T die-casting machines are one of the key production equipments of Enchuang Technology’s die-casting production line.
The hot chamber die casting machine has the characteristics of advanced design, sophisticated manufacture, good performance, fast die casting speed and energy saving. The equipment is composed of the following parts: electrical control system (main electric box, operation box), clamping system, injection system, hydraulic transmission system, lubrication system, cooling system, safety protection device, furnace and frame and other parts. Zinc alloy products of different sizes can be die-casted, and the products are widely used in the automotive industry, connectors, smart homes, high-end exterior parts and other industries.
