In order to ensure the completion of the anode alloy guide rod production plan issued by the company, a lot of preparation work has been carried out in the area of ​​equipment, facilities and personnel training recently in Jiayuguan Casting No. 1 operation area.

In this reorganization of production, the management and technical personnel of the operation area conducted a comprehensive inspection of the important components of the anode alloy guide rod production equipment such as the production equipment motor, reducer, wire rope, and sawing device. By repairing aging and malfunctioning components, grinding molds, and purchasing professional spreaders for alloy guide rods in advance, the production equipment is guaranteed to be stable and reliable.

The operation area is planned as a whole, and personnel are dispatched from the team in advance to carry out training on the operating procedures of casting equipment and sawing equipment. At the same time, according to the situation of sudden water and power outages in the production process, dual water and dual power supply operation training is carried out to ensure that personnel are familiar with the operation essentials, have the ability to deal with emergencies, and meet production needs.

During the production process of the anode alloy guide rod, the management and technical personnel of the operation area went to the site many times to check for deficiencies and fill leaks. The unstable wooden protective plate was replaced with an iron mesh reinforced protective plate, which improved the safety factor; in view of the problem of the poor effect of the sawing aluminum scrap recycling device, a mesh recycling bag was used to improve the aluminum scrap recycling effect; “Aluminum 7” has formulated protective measures for deep well casting in the operation area, which minimizes the safety risks in the production process of alloy guide rods.

Through a series of measures, the work area ensures that the pass rate of semi-finished products reaches 98%, and the pass rate of finished products reaches 100%.
