Practical training and drills are an important means to improve the emergency preparedness of civil air defense. As the head of the training department, Comrade Wang Xiaoming also led the members of the department to learn new theories and research new training methods, and invited professors from the National Defense University to conduct training mobilization and technical skills for the city’s civil air defense training. Guided, successively organized and carried out the “Landun-2021” civil air defense operation indoor exercise, the communication network training of the civil air defense mobile command post, the protection drill of important economic targets, the “9.18” air defense evacuation drill, the civil air defense professional team pulling and checking and other activities , the city’s civil air defense training atmosphere has been continuously enhanced, and the level of training and drills has been continuously improved.
In 2014, during Wang Xiaoming’s stay in the village, in order to let the children have a safe and meaningful summer vacation, on the one hand, he organized his friends and colleagues around him to donate money and materials to help the children in the village to study and live. On the other hand, He also convened the children and set up a “summer homework free tutoring class”.
