Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd. held the 20th meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 13, 2022, and reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Establishing a Wholly-owned Subsidiary to Invest in the Construction of Gaochun Industrial Base Project”, agreeing that the company set up a whole invested in the Gaochun Industrial Base Project in Gaochun District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province.
The total land area of this project is about 200 mu, and the construction content is the research and development of automation and intelligent manufacturing equipment, manufacturing and corresponding supporting facilities.
