In order to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, in 2019, Nan’an planned and built Quanzhou (Nan’an) High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Park with a high starting point and high standards in accordance with the concept of “mechanism innovation, high-end positioning, and leading leadership”. The park is located in Xiamei Town, with a planned total land area of 4,500 mu, of which the planned land area for the first phase is 2,000 mu, with a planned total investment of 8 billion yuan and a new building of 700,000 square meters. At present, the construction of 9 workshops in the starting area has been completed. It is planned to complete the main construction of all 16 workshops in the starting area in September, with a total construction area of 140,000 square meters.

It is the Quanzhou Park of Quansan San High-end Equipment Park approved by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. In addition to standard workshops, the project also builds a business center, R&D center, design center, inspection and testing center, 3D printing center, waste sand treatment center and municipal supporting facilities, focusing on the development of high-end, green, intelligent and recyclable foundry industry clusters, creating a provincial High-end equipment manufacturing demonstration park.

It is understood that the National Intelligent Foundry Industry Innovation Center is the first national industrial innovation center approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2016. The National Intelligent Foundry Industry Innovation (Quanzhou) Center is an important part of the National Intelligent Foundry Industry Innovation Center. It is jointly invested by Nan’an Chenghui Investment Development Co., Ltd., Nan’an Park Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 260 million yuan, with a total construction area of 26,800 square meters. It will build a smart factory for rapid manufacturing of high-end parts and components based on 3D printing, an industrial Internet operation center, an inspection and testing center, etc., providing sand 3D printing, rapid casting, and intelligent casting system solutions , Industrial Internet platform and other services. The project will start construction in December 2021 and is scheduled to be put into production by the end of the year.
Tian Xuezhi, project leader of the National Intelligent Foundry Industry Innovation (Quanzhou) Center, introduced, “After the project is completed, it will produce high-end equipment parts with an annual production capacity of about 10,000 tons, including iron castings, steel castings, and aluminum castings. It can reach more than 200 million yuan.”
After the National Intelligent Foundry Industry Innovation (Quanzhou) Center is completed, it will become the first 10,000-ton-scale 3D printing and casting full-process intelligent factory in China, leading the industry in intelligent manufacturing level, serving the surrounding foundry industry and related regional manufacturing industries, and promoting the industry to high-end and green The development of intelligent, intelligent and service-oriented.
