Recently (July 6), Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Weiqiao Pioneering Group, Chongqing Xiaodian Tianti New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. (“Chongqing Xiaodian Tianti”) and SoftBank China Capital Group jointly cooperated on the new energy vehicle industrial park project , a signing ceremony was held in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. According to a number of relevant cooperation agreements, all parties to the contract will cooperate in the construction of a new energy vehicle industrial park featuring light weight, short process and flexibility in Binzhou.
It is understood that the new energy vehicle industrial park cooperation project, also known as the “electric house” project. The total investment of the project is 5 billion yuan, and the construction is divided into two phases: the first phase investment is 2 billion yuan, and the annual output of new energy electric vehicles is planned to be 100,000. Production lines, testing lines, etc.; the second phase will invest 3 billion yuan to expand the production capacity to 300,000 vehicles per year, mainly building automobile-related production lines, carbon fiber and composite materials and other production lines.
Core advantages of the project:
The first is to create a lightweight new energy vehicle with all-aluminum characteristics, and adopt a new short-process manufacturing process to greatly reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency;
The second is to develop an all-aluminum CTC skateboard chassis, combined with the application of new technologies of the three-electric system, to achieve a lightweight, intelligent and flexible chassis;
The third is to use Tesla-like OTA online software update services to meet the diverse needs of the market and consumers;
The fourth is to realize the closed-loop recovery and recycling of aluminum in combination with the automobile dismantling recycling and recycled aluminum business of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, which is the industry’s first green demonstration of the recycling of new energy vehicles.
The first model is planned to be mass-produced and rolled out to the market by the end of 2023. After reaching production, it will achieve a direct output value of over 10 billion yuan and profits and taxes of over 1 billion yuan, driving the upstream and downstream output value to exceed 100 billion yuan.
