It has an annual output of 350,000 tons of machine tool castings. The casting capacity and the annual production capacity of 40,000 sets of optical machines and 5,000 complete machines are the largest production base of machine tool castings and optical machines in the province. The city’s CNC machine tool industry is striving to improve the technological content and added value, and take the direction of high-end precision castings.
The 3D printing process invested by Taibiao Seiko adopts the digital virtual manufacturing method, which has a high degree of design freedom, can be modified in time, saves costs, and can complete the production of complex cavity structures that cannot be achieved by manual modeling, reducing the difficulty of production. At the same time, the printer has a one-key printing function, which can be connected to a remote platform to realize remote operation and maintenance mode. The equipment also greatly improves the casting site environment, reduces the labor intensity of operators, and realizes intelligent and green production.
