In order to effectively rectify problems in the foundry industry, eliminate outdated production processes, comprehensively improve the level of process equipment and pollution prevention and control facilities, and promote the high-quality development of the county’s foundry industry, recently, Qingyang County Ecological Environment Branch, together with the County Development and Reform Commission and the County Economic and Information Bureau, was established. The special class for the transformation of the small foundry industry in Qingyang County and the rectification of problems in the Xinmu Industrial Park jointly carried out the investigation of the ecological and environmental protection rectification of the foundry industry.
This rectification and investigation has established the development goals of “legal and compliant enterprise procedures, green and advanced process equipment, and efficient pollution prevention and control” through strengthening system rectification and precise policy implementation. Enterprises with advanced process equipment and pollution prevention and control standards are strictly supervised to comprehensively improve the production technology and green environmental protection level of foundry enterprises.
