Hosted by the Foundry Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the National-level Professional and Technical Personnel Continuing Education Base Metal Liquid Forming Training Center, and the Foundry Industry Productivity Promotion Center, Shenyang China Foundry Productivity Promotion Center Co., Ltd., and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s equipment manufacturing industry. The 2022 annual material forming and modification (die casting) engineering and technical personnel engineering ability training and evaluation work undertaken by the public service platform and co-organized by Chongqing Shunduoli Locomotive Co., Ltd. will be carried out at the Chongqing training base. The event schedule is as follows:
The training and evaluation
(1) Training subjects
Die-casting principle, special process of die-casting, die-casting design, die-casting unit and die-casting equipment, die-casting process parameters and settings, die-casting mold, die-casting alloy and its smelting, die-casting auxiliary materials, die-casting defect analysis and countermeasures, post-processing of die-casting products, die-casting quality Management and inspection and measurement, lean production and project management of die-casting enterprises, a total of 56 class hours.
(2) Evaluation method
A combination of written examination, written examination and interview is adopted. Those who pass the written examination, written examination and interview will be awarded the corresponding professional technical qualification certificate by the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering.
