At the meeting, Tan Xiangning read out the approval document of the National Standardization Administration Committee on the establishment of the Seventh National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee and issued membership certificates to all members.

Cao Yiding delivered a video speech for the conference, and Tan Xiangning and Wang Guorong delivered speeches successively.
In his speech, Cao Yiding pointed out that the foundry machinery industry is an important guarantee for the safety and stability of the equipment manufacturing industry chain supply chain, emphasized the importance of standardization of foundry machinery, and affirmed the existing standardization work of foundry machinery. He hopes that experts and enterprises in the foundry machinery industry will continue to actively pay attention to and participate in the standardization construction of foundry machinery, transform China's advanced experience in the field of foundry machinery into standards, strengthen standard research in key areas such as industrial mother machines, and promote the high-end industry with standards. , green, intelligent, safe and collaborative; strengthen the application and implementation of standards, do a good job in standard publicity and application pilots, and promote the in-depth application of foundry machinery-related standards in the implementation of the “Action Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Updates and Consumer Goods Trade-in”; Optimize committee management, refine the performance requirements and work processes of the Standardization Committee, and improve the quality and efficiency of the Standardization Committee's performance.
Tan Xiangning affirmed the work of the Sixth Standardization Committee. At the same time, he discussed how to give full play to the role of standardization in the current and new era, and thoroughly implement the strategic requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on standardization, starting from the three major functions of standardization: “traction, guarantee, and foundation.” , emphasizing the importance of standardization to high-quality development in the new era, and expecting the new members to play a practical role in promoting a new round of development. At the same time, focusing on the three major standardization work requirements of “verification, pre-research, and cooperation”, we have high hopes for the work of the new Standardization Committee to help the high-quality development of foundry machinery reach a new level.
Wang Guorong delivered a speech at the meeting, emphasizing that the Standardization Committee should actively participate in the formulation and revision of standards, carry out standardization pilot demonstration activities, and give full play to the basic and strategic role of standardization in assisting the modernization of governance in New Fujian in the new era.
Hold on to the goal and never relax, and draw a blueprint to the end. Zhang Bo, chairman of the Seventh National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, then delivered a speech, saying that the new standard committee will be committed to completing various tasks assigned by superior authorities, striving to be the first in the standardization construction in the new era, and expressing his gratitude to the standard committee. The work of the meeting proposed requirements such as strengthening the construction of the committee team, closely integrating standard formulation and industrial development, promoting open cooperation, and realizing “standards going global.”
The conference commended individuals and groups who have made outstanding contributions to the cause of foundry machinery standardization. Among them, 6 highly respected experts won the Lifetime Achievement Award, 13 outstanding workers won the Outstanding Contribution Award, and 12 units with outstanding performance in promoting foundry machinery standardization were awarded the title of Advanced Collective.
After taking a group photo with the leaders, experts, committee members and representatives attending the meeting, Lu Jun, Secretary General of the Standardization Committee, made a work report. In the report, Lu Jun reviewed and summarized the work results of the previous Standards Committee, and elaborated on the work plan of the seventh Standards Committee to guide the direction and goals of the work of the new Standards Committee.
After deliberation, the conference finally adopted the Charter of the Standardization Committee and the working rules of the Secretariat. Participants discussed in depth the construction of the foundry machinery standardization system and agreed that the new Standardization Committee should speed up the formulation and improvement of relevant standards and strengthen the construction of the foundry machinery standardization system. .
The successful convening of this inaugural meeting promoted exchanges and cooperation in the foundry machinery industry and laid a solid foundation for better advancement of standardization work in the future.
