The punching and shearing branch of Harbin Electric Group Harbin Electric Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. was established in June 1951. There are currently 9 employees in the team, 5 of whom are female employees, mainly responsible for the production of ventilation tank plates for generator sets such as hydropower, thermal power, and nuclear power. The stator core ventilation groove plate produced by the spot welding shift is a key component of the stator core of large generators. It has been used in more than 70 million kilowatt-level hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power and other generator sets at home and abroad.
The production of ventilation groove plates has the characteristics of precision processing dimensions and high processing difficulty. In order to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, every female worker in the spot welding class overcomes difficulties and completes welding operations of more than 9,000 welding points on about 60 ventilation groove plates every day.
