From April 8 to 10, 2025, Li Bohui, deputy secretary-general of the Recycled Metals Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and Jinrui Futures Research Institute, visited several cast aluminum alloy companies in Zhejiang for on-site research. This survey focuses on industrial pain points, market prospects, impacts of futures listing, and aims to provide strong support for the smooth listing of cast aluminum alloy futures and the healthy development of the industry.
In Judong, ZhejiangCo., Ltd., Office Director Zheng Fanglin and aluminum and copper responsible personnel introduced in detail the layout of the company's domestic and foreign raw materials, changes in the international trade environment, and the current situation and challenges of the recycled metal processing market. The two sides also discussed topics such as the difficulties faced by industrial enterprises and the application prospects of renewable metals in emerging fields such as new energy vehicles and construction.

At Zhejiang Hehe Environmental Resources Co., Ltd., Chairman Ding Guopei said that due to the current overseas policy environment, the market is complex and changing, and exports of enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are facing challenges. The two sides also exchanged views on how cast aluminum alloy companies can align with the futures market, positioning and role of the futures market.

At Zhejiang Yongji Metal Materials Technology Co., Ltd., General Manager Hu Yongji introduced the company's production and operation and aluminum ash disposal and utilization. The two sides communicated and exchanged on issues such as aluminum ash resource utilization technology and fluctuations in domestic and foreign raw material prices. The research team visited the production site.

At Lanxi Boyuan Metal Co., Ltd., Xu Haojie, general manager and vice president of the Recycled Metal Branch, introduced the supply of raw materials at home and abroad, and discussed the application fields of recycled metals, the dismantling and reuse methods of new energy vehicles at home and abroad, and the impact of the “reciprocal tariff” policy on raw material import, processing trade prospects, and overseas investment and factory construction enterprises.


At Ningbo Aikedi Co., Ltd., General Manager Ye Yanping introduced in detail the company's development history, intelligent management, team training, domestic and foreign production status and market positioning. The two sides exchanged on issues such as futures pricing, supply of raw materials in overseas markets, and challenges and opportunities for overseas factory building. Before the talks, the research team visited the production site.

At Ningbo Zhanci New Materials Co., Ltd., Chairman Pan Lifeng and the research team exchanged views on issues such as domestic and foreign raw material supply, overcapacity, decline in downstream demand, and tax policies.

At Ningbo Yongmaotai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Zhi, executive deputy general manager, introduced in detail the progress of the new factory project and analyzed and discussed the influencing factors of the price after the listing of cast aluminum alloy futures.

Lanxi Boyuan Metal Co., Ltd.
Established in 2001, it specializes in the production of recycled aluminum alloy raw materials and recycled aluminum alloy ingot products, with an annual output of 215,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots. Its subsidiary Jiangsu Boyuan Metal Co., Ltd. produces 150,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots annually. The Boyuan Thailand factory was put into production in Chonburi Province, Thailand in 2023, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of recycled aluminum raw materials and 50,000 tons of aluminum ingots annually.
Zhejiang Yongji Metal Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2005, it is located in Chengnan Industrial Zone, Longyou County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the comprehensive utilization of various waste aluminum and aluminum ash slag. It has the production capacity of 50,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots and 60,000 tons of aluminum ash slag annually.

Founded in 2005, it is located in Binhai Development Zone, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots/liquid and copper alloys.
Shanghai Yongmaotai Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.
(Stock code 605208) was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of automotive cast aluminum alloys and aluminum alloy parts, forming a business pattern with “cast aluminum alloy + automotive parts” as its main business and integrated upstream and downstream development.
