Recently, the casting industry renovation and expansion project of Honglinsheng Machinery Branch of Huayuan Precision Casting Co., Ltd., located in Jiujie Township, suburbs has entered the stage of live equipment debugging.
In recent years, with the development of casting industry technology and the restrictions on traditional backward casting industry technology by environmental protection policies, the casting industry in Jiujie Township has been in a state of decline, and the market share of traditional advantageous products such as trailer turntables, forklift counterweights, and automobile boxes has gradually shrunk.
In the second half of last year, the Honglinsheng Machinery Branch of Huayuan Precision Casting Co., Ltd. sent a special person to Shandong, Liaoning and Dingxiang County, Xinzhou City, our province to conduct full market product demand and casting production technology and technology inspections. It decided to invest 10 million yuan to introduce international advanced new V-method casting technology and environmentally friendly electric furnaces that comply with environmental protection policies to thoroughly transform the company's original casting process, forming an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets of turntables and mechanical track plates.
The company demolished the original casting equipment and old workshop and transformed it into a new steel structure casting workshop covering an area of 800 square meters. Subsequently, technicians were organized to hoist the internationally advanced new V-method casting technology production line that complies with environmental protection policies in accordance with relevant operating procedures.
After the resumption of work at the beginning of the year, in response to the construction situation where the project is tight and the tasks are heavy, Honglin Sheng Machinery Branch scientifically dispatched and devoted all its efforts to the installation of key equipment. After intense and orderly advancement, the equipment installation of the company's new V-method casting technology production line and environmentally friendly medium-frequency electric furnace technical transformation project has basically been completed, and it has been fully transferred to the live-fired debugging stage of the equipment.
The company's project manager introduced that the company will rely on the casting industry renovation and expansion project to process and manufacture various mechanical equipment turntables, and use the new production line to develop and trial production of new casting products with high added value such as mechanical track plates, injecting new impetus into the local casting industry.
