During the May Day holiday, Liaoning Huafeng Precision Metal Co., Ltd. was busy. The automated precision casting production line was running at high speed. The intelligent robot arm was executing instructions in an orderly manner. The workers focused on polishing and measuring the casting parts.
The 4500-ton precision intelligent equipment basic parts project of Liaoning Huafeng is a key scientific and technological innovation project for investment promotion in Kalaqin Zuoyi Mongolian Autonomous County, Chaoyang City. The total investment is 210 million yuan. It mainly produces solenoid valves, servo valves, proportional valves, intelligent valves, as well as high-speed rail traction and braking devices and various high-temperature alloy castings. The first phase of the project was put into use in October last year. In the first quarter of this year, the company's profit growth was strong. During the May Day holiday, the company maintained a full production state.
According to the company's head, the second phase of the company is expected to start construction in July and be put into production in October 2026. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 350 million yuan.
Precision casting is an important path to promote the upgrading of the traditional casting industry. Since the beginning of this year, Kazuo County has attached great importance to the development of precision casting industry and has taken new steps in strengthening advantageous enterprises, extending industrial chains, and forming industrial clusters.
