Recently, the R&D team of Xianfeng Zhongqiao Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Hubei Province Workers Pioneer” with its outstanding innovative achievements, highlighting the strong strength of private economic organizations in the field of technological innovation.

In 2018, Zhongqiao Precision settled in Xianfeng Industrial Park, focusing on the research and development of core components of new energy vehicles, and building an integrated model of “production, education, research and application”. The company has joined hands with Wuhan University of Technology and Hubei University of Nationalities to establish a joint innovation center for enterprises and schools, gather industry experts, and with the help of advanced equipment, it has deepened its efforts in the field of ultra-high-purity automotive precision castings and breaks through many technical bottlenecks.

In 2023, the company's first diversified integrated intelligent production technology fills the domestic gap, and some products' technical indicators reach the international advanced level, breaking foreign technology monopoly, and realizing import substitution. The company was rated as a provincial specialized and new “little giant” enterprise and passed the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certification. At present, the team has obtained 4 invention patents and 13 utility model patents. The results are widely used in the manufacturing of core components in multiple fields. The products are sold well in many places and are indirectly exported overseas.

Driven by the spirit of craftsmanship, the team has improved production efficiency by 30% through measures such as material ratio optimization and intelligent equipment transformation, and stabilized the product yield rate above 98%. In process research, major breakthroughs have been made, greatly reducing costs, shortening cycles and reducing energy consumption.
