He emphasized that the Economic and Technological Development Zone is the main engine, main position and main battlefield for the county's economic transformation and development. At the Shuangchi Green Foundry Industrial Park, Liu Huimin inspected the construction progress of standardized factory buildings on the spot, learned in detail about the construction of supporting infrastructure such as R&D buildings, and studied and solved the difficulties and problems encountered in the project promotion on the spot, and put forward specific requirements for the next step of work. The Green Casting Industrial Park plans to build 15 standardized factory buildings. At present, the steel structures of two standardized factories have been completed, the factory buildings are about to be topped off, and the main projects of the four supporting buildings have been completed. The first phase of the 100,000-ton high-end castings and machining projects of Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and the 150,000-ton castings project of Jiangsu Xuanzhi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will be installed in equipment in early July.
Liu Huimin emphasized that the Economic and Technological Development Zone and relevant departments and townships should strengthen their sense of responsibility, strengthen coordination and cooperation, keep a close eye on the goals and tasks, answer the same questions and work in the same direction, and study and solve difficulties and problems in a timely manner; on the premise of ensuring safe construction, we should do everything possible to seize time and catch up with progress, and promote the speed, quality and efficiency of the construction of standardized factories and supporting infrastructure in the park; we should actively promote project approval, and do our best to ensure land, roads, water and electricity and other factors to ensure the entry needs of projects. We must firmly establish the concept of “projects are king”, effectively enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility of grasping projects and promoting development, further increase project attracting efforts, strengthen industrial chain investment, keep a close eye on the goal of building a green casting industry base, promote the accelerated aggregation of related enterprises, and accelerate the integrated circulation of smelting and casting industries, and the integration of chains.
