In order to further improve the level of unorganized emission control and environmental management of enterprises in the casting industry, the Ningjin Branch of the Ecological Environment Bureau of Dezhou City, Shandong Province actively promotes the comprehensive control and improvement of air pollution prevention and control in the casting industry by finding the basic data, strengthening training, and assistance and guidance.
Based on the principle of “full coverage, no omissions, and accurate data”, Ningjin Branch organized staff to collect detailed information on the enterprise, production equipment and technology and other aspects, fully grasp the basic situation of foundry enterprises in its jurisdiction, lay a solid foundation for subsequent precise governance, and ensure that the governance work is targeted. Build a learning and training platform, organize a training meeting on the comprehensive control of air pollution prevention and control in the casting industry, and focus on explaining the acceptance standards for the improvement and transformation of gas-related processes in the casting industry, the implementation of transformation and on-site verification, the various indicators required for the performance grading of the casting industry, and the policy dividends brought to enterprises by improving performance levels.
While doing a good job in policy publicity and interpretation for enterprises, we should focus on strengthening assistance and guidance, answering enterprises’ confusion and questions on the spot, and provide one-to-one assistance guidance for enterprises with related issues after the meeting, clarifying the direction of improvement and transformation for enterprises.
