On September 16, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, held a 2021 major project commencement and completion ceremony. Among them, the Yoshioka New Energy Auto Parts Project, one of the start-up projects, was invested and constructed by Wuxi Yoshioka Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wuxi Yoshioka”). Currently, the project is in the process of applying for construction permits for construction projects.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 310 million yuan. The construction site is located in Dongbeitang Street, Xishan District. It covers an area of 32.5 acres and a building area of about 46,000 square meters. It mainly produces AI intelligent robot accessories and 5G communication base station aluminum housings. It produces millet annually. Clean 2 million appliances, 1 million Tesla steering machines, and build an intelligent benchmarking factory.
In July this year, Wuxi Yoshioka announced that the company intends to use the newly acquired land to invest in the expansion of new energy auto parts, steam generators for clean electrical appliances, 5G communication parts, precision mechanical parts and mold production and processing projects.
The project introduces high-end equipment such as thermoforming machines, machining centers, CNC machine tools, and industrial robots, and uses outsourcing molten aluminum for processing and production. After the project is completed, it will have an annual output of 9,000 tons of new energy auto parts, steam generators for clean electrical appliances, 5G communication accessories, precision mechanical parts and 500 sets of molds.
Wuxi Yoshioka is a manufacturer of zinc alloy and aluminum alloy die castings. Its business products cover electronic and electrical parts, auto parts and other parts, mainly used in cleaning appliances, power tools, vehicle host systems, braking systems, power systems and 5G communication equipment.
In the first half of this year, Yoshioka Precision achieved an operating income of 170 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64.47%, and a net profit of 28.729 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 86.21%.
