In terms of organized transformation. Both companies have introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad to carry out ultra-low emission transformations on major processes such as blast furnaces, sintering, and intermediate frequency electric furnaces to ensure high-efficiency operation, while effectively reducing particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur dioxide emissions. The implementation standards are 10 mg. /M3, 50mg/m3 and 35mg/m3.
In terms of unorganized transformation. It has built a fully enclosed shed and a bulk material warehouse, equipped with a full coverage fog cannon and spray system, to achieve fully enclosed transportation of raw materials. At the same time, automatic monitoring equipment such as micro air monitoring station, TSP monitoring, and video monitoring is installed. All equipment is connected to the ecological environment department to ensure that pollutants in the plant are monitored without blind spots.
In terms of clean transportation. Implement closed-loop management of all transport vehicles, one account per vehicle, one file per vehicle, and high-standard management and control of transport vehicles to ensure that all vehicles comply with environmental protection management and control. The minimum environmental protection standards for vehicles are required to be National V standards. The operation of agricultural vehicles, non-road mobile machinery and other construction machinery is completely prohibited, and new sweepers and sprinklers have been purchased to clean the roads inside and outside the site 24 hours a day.
After the completion of the ultra-low emission transformation task, the emissions of various pollutants from the two companies have dropped significantly, which not only lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the companies themselves, but also makes positive contributions to the environmental protection cause of Gaoping City.
