Ju Teng International announced that on September 13, September 17, and November 2, 2021, the group entered into an equipment procurement agreement with Japan Steel. Accordingly, the Japan Steel Corporation agreed to sell and the group agreed to purchase equipment (that is, equipment used to produce metal casings) at 855 million yen (equivalent to approximately 60.485 million Hong Kong dollars) and 284 million yen (equivalent to approximately 2014.2 million Hong Kong dollars). And 468 million yen (equivalent to approximately 31.956 million Hong Kong dollars), a total of 113 million Hong Kong dollars purchased equipment from Japan Steel to upgrade the existing metal case production line and improve overall production efficiency.
