On weekends, the Huihui Garden located on Shihua Street becomes lively. Many residents come to visit the garden in groups. Here they can learn to watch traditional cultural performances such as Yue Opera and Tai Chi, as well as exhibitions of traditional culture such as Haipai straw painting, calligraphy, and kite. “Because of the epidemic prevention and control requirements, sometimes there are too many tourists, and we have to limit the number of people.” Chen Jianhao, a staff member of the Huicui Garden, introduced.
The Huicui Garden, located on Diti Road, Shihua Street, was built in 1993. The garden has white walls and tiles, a blend of mountains and rivers, and a pleasant scenery. In 2019, a traditional cultural event that combines traditional culture with cultural tourism rejuvenated the area.
