It is understood that Guangdong Fengyu Precision was established in 2015 and is located in Ma’an Tianzi Industrial Park, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City. It is a comprehensive modern technology-based enterprise integrating precision casting and precision machining R&D, production, sales and service. The main products are Automobiles, high-speed trains (EMUs), aerospace communication and other aluminum alloy (aluminum-based composite materials) key core components and steel components, automotive metal casting molds and forging molds, there are as many as 80 product types.
Cheng Zhixiong, director of Guangdong Fengyu Precision Division, introduced that the company’s pillar products are three major products: molds, aluminum alloy auto parts and communication parts. This year’s order volume is estimated to more than double that of previous years, and turnover and taxes will also double. In particular, the auto parts business, including engine parts and chassis parts, has more than doubled the market usage. As the company’s leading product, the shock absorber arm has a monthly shipment of more than 40,000 pieces, which are mainly supplied to well-known domestic auto companies such as Guangzhou Automobile Group and BYD.
According to his introduction, in the future, Guangdong Fengyu Precision Co., Ltd. will continue to expand its production capacity, doubling the original gravity casting production line, and will start low-pressure casting next year. In addition, the second phase of the workshop will start immediately.
According to reports, the company is planning to build the second phase of the project within the month. The project plans to build 20 production lines for aluminum alloy gravity casting, high pressure die casting, and low pressure casting, 18 machining production lines, 18 metal mold production lines, and 6 hub axle production lines. . At present, the company has 3 automated and intelligent production lines, with monthly shipments exceeding 300,000 pieces.
