According to the Agreement, the two parties have reached a consensus on the establishment of a strategic cooperation relationship in the fields of new energy vehicle electric drive system and reducer assembly and parts, instrument panel and other product fields with the goal of common development and long-term cooperation.
The main business of Jinkang New Energy is new energy vehicles and their parts. Relying on the strength of the parent company Xiaokang Group in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of new energy vehicles, and cross-border integration with the world’s leading ICT companies, the smart electric vehicle Cyrus Huawei Smart Selection SF5 was jointly created. According to the agreement, when Jinkang New Energy has advantages in performance, quality, cost, and delivery in the development of new projects and market services, it will give priority to the products and services of Landai Technology.
Landai Technology’s main business is power transmission and touch display, and its main products are touch screens and touch display modules, power transmission assemblies, transmission components, and die-casting products.
