The new factory is located in Ningbo Binhai New Area, with a total area of 60,000 square meters and a building area of 80,000 square meters. The total investment is about 600 million yuan. It is planned to be officially put into operation in June 2022. The factory is mainly used for the production of air suspensions. After being put into production, it can achieve an annual output of 2 million air suspensions, which can meet the needs of 500,000 vehicles per year.
Tuopu Air Suspension One is a newly built factory based on Tuopu Manufacturing System (TPS). It integrates lean production concepts and digital factory technology. It uses a large number of machine vision and smart sensors on automated production lines to achieve smart assembly and smart detection. , And in accordance with the concept of systematization of the control plan, the application of digital means has achieved a full range of automatic error prevention and A-level traceability throughout the process, providing customers with high-quality suspended products.
The completion of a factory for air suspension systems officially announced that Tuopu Group has integrated design, research and development, and manufacturing capabilities for air suspension. In the future, this new plant will provide powerful production guarantees for OEMs.
