Recently, Ningbo Haiwei Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. It is reported that the large-scale structural part rolled off the assembly line is an integrated battery pack product. The part has a length of 1400mm, a width of 900mm, a height of 0mm, and a weight of about 32kg. After the die-casting process is realized, the production cost can be reduced by 10% to 20%, and the process complexity is also greatly reduced.

It is reported that the large-scale die-casting structure is manufactured by Ningbo Haiwei’s subsidiary Zhejiang Haiwei Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in its factory in Shengzhou, Shaoxing, Zhejiang. The company plans to install 6 large-scale die-casting equipment of 6600T and 9000T in the existing plant of the Shaoxing production base, which is mainly used for the production of super large structural parts of new energy vehicles-front engine room, rear car body and battery pack box body. . At present, the company has established cooperative relations with most of the leading companies in new energy vehicles.
