According to the plan, the 8-speed automatic transmission project constructed by Tianjin Aida Company adopts a manual line that can flexibly respond to production changes. It is composed of equipment parts such as CASE processing, cleaning, assembly, and inspection. All equipment is purchased from Chinese equipment. The manufacturer has realized all localization. At the same time, the new project adopts an advanced Internet of Things system, which can monitor the status of all equipment in real time, automatically collect important information such as equipment energy consumption, waveform, quality, and engineering history, and achieve a level of monitoring and traceability throughout the production process.
