On December 14, 2021, the launch ceremony of “History of Foundry Development in Shandong Province (1949-2015)” was grandly held at the opening ceremony of the Shandong Foundry Annual Conference.
The launching ceremony was held by Shandong Foundry AssociationSecretary GeneralComrade Zhang Jiang presided over the meeting.

In 2016, Shandong Foundry Association organized and established the writing work steering committee, working committee and editorial committee of “Shandong Foundry Development History”, and the writing work officially started. In the past five years, the team of editorial committees has gradually grown, and each committee has held more than ten meetings successively to carefully sort out the development of Shandong Foundry and assign labor to people. After listening to opinions and suggestions, it collected the development history of more than 500 enterprises and industrial clusters, and finally formed five chapters, which traced the origin and introduced the historical evolution of Shandong Foundry in an all-round way.
“History of Foundry Development in Shandong Province (1949-2015)” records the history of the foundry industry in our province from difficulties and twists and turns to development and prosperity.
