Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center
The tallest building north of the Yangtze River in China – 530 meters

Tianjin CTF Finance Center is located in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tianjin, China. It is located in the modern service industry area of Tianjin Binhai New Area.

The tallest building in Northeast China – 383.45 meters

Dalian Center·Eton is located in Qingniwa business district in the central business district of Dalian. It is an urban complex project integrating residential, office, hotel, business and entertainment. It covers an area of about 62,300 square meters and has a total construction area of 800,000 square meters.


The steel structure of the Eighth Bureau participated in the construction of the ST1 tower and podium of the Dalian Center·Eton project, with a total steel consumption of about 51,000 tons. For the first time, the world’s largest internal crawling boom tower crane ZSL3200 in the civil construction field was used, weighing 530 tons.
The project has overcome the difficulties of tower crane climbing and dismantling, installation of special-shaped and inclined steel components, and welding in harsh environments. It has reached the international leading level, and won the first batch of green construction demonstration projects in the country, the China Steel Structure Gold Award and the Luban Award.
Qingdao Haitian Center
The tallest building in Qingdao – 369 meters

Qingdao Haitian Center is located at No. 48, Hong Kong West Road, Qingdao. It is a landmark building in the city group along the coastline of the Yellow Sea. It covers an area of about 36,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 40,000 square meters. The main tower is 369 meters high. It is a super high-rise urban complex integrating seven major business types, including office, conference, business, apartment, sightseeing, and entertainment.


Qingdao Haitian Center is only about 50 meters away from the sea, with a total steel consumption of nearly 50,000 tons. During the construction process, difficulties such as hoisting, welding and anti-corrosion of the steel structure affected by high salt, high humidity and strong wind were overcome.
The project uses the SinoCAM processing plant manufacturing technology system and the steel structure full life cycle management information system to carry out integrated and comprehensive management and control of the steel structure materials, and adopts a number of innovative technologies such as the construction of restrained steel pipe columns and the installation technology of steel beams covered by climbing formwork. , The podium banquet hall is constructed with an overall lifting method of 1100 tons, which improves the construction efficiency. Chongqing Raffles City

In order to protect archaeological research, the project creatively set up a temporary steel trestle with a length of 180 meters and a steel consumption of about 1200 tons, which greatly relieved the transportation pressure on the site. , is the “fuse” for the entire tower. Xiamen Shimao Strait Building

Xiamen Shimao Strait Building is located on Yanwu West Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province.
