Note: For color advertisements, enterprises should submit pictures of finished products. If the organization unit needs to design for them, a design fee of 300 yuan must be paid.

5. Professional seminars/technical exchange meetings/new product launches: each session costs ￥6,000/2 hours. The organizer will provide venues, lamps, audio, projectors, tables and chairs and other supporting facilities and supplies, and assist the speaker companies to organize audiences.

Exhibitor Procedures

1. Exhibitors please fill in the “Exhibition Registration Form” in detail, affix the official seal, and fax it to the organizing committee. And remit the exhibition fee to the account designated by the organizing committee within five days.

2. Exhibitors must fax or mail the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee for verification after remittance.

3. For matters requiring power, electricity, gas or water, special booth decoration, etc., please provide the relevant information to the Organizing Committee Office one month before the conference, so that the conference affairs team can assist exhibitors to make corresponding arrangements, and the specific expenses shall be borne by themselves.

4. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the booth location according to the overall needs of the conference.
