In 2020, in the evaluation of the construction effectiveness of county-level characteristic industrial clusters (bases) in the province, Hanshan County’s green intelligent casting characteristic industrial clusters (bases) ranked second. Focus on industrial agglomeration, strengthen the chain and expand the volume
Strengthen goal orientation. Focusing on the goal of building a green and intelligent foundry characteristic industrial cluster (base) with an output value of 10 billion yuan, with the help of the China Foundry Association think tank platform and technical support, and in accordance with the idea of ”leading leaders and backbone support”, the foundry industry will be rectified and upgraded in depth. As of the end of 2021, 103 of the county’s 184 foundry companies have passed the review of experts from the China Foundry Association.
Strengthen quality orientation. Strictly implement the construction scale, technical process, environmental protection, and safety production specifications of foundry enterprises, and scientifically classify and guide enterprises to rectify and improve. Currently, 82 enterprises are implementing rectification and improvement. Work with third-party agencies to formulate acceptance standards to ensure rectification and quality improvement. 12 companies have been pre-accepted.
Strengthen benefit orientation. Help enterprises calculate “development accounts, rectification accounts, and benefit accounts”, resolutely avoid blind, low-end, and ineffective rectification, and encourage enterprises to pay attention to the research and development, promotion and application of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment. 81 enterprises have been included in the sequence of relocation, merger and reorganization, and production transfer, with a production capacity of 64,000 tons. At present, 60 core enterprises and affiliated enterprises above designated size have been gathered, and the agglomeration rate is 56.4%, a year-on-year increase of 14.34%.
Focus on industrial development, innovation drives high quality
