The inspection team went to Jiangmen Taishan Jinqiao Aluminium Profile Factory Co., Ltd. and Heshan Julong Aluminium Co., Ltd. to inspect, and listened to the company’s learning from the Qingyuan “4.3” accident and the implementation of the province’s warning education video conference on April 8. Regarding the deployment situation, we went deep into the casting workshop of the enterprise, checked the relevant archives and materials, and focused on checking the implementation of the “Seven Aluminium Regulations” by the enterprise.
After inspection, Taishan Jinqiao Aluminum Profile Factory Co., Ltd. has 4 hidden dangers involving “seven aluminum articles”, and Heshan Julong Aluminum Co., Ltd. has 5 hidden dangers involving “seven aluminum articles”, including 2 major hidden dangers. According to the situation of the on-site inspection, the inspection team ordered Jinqiao Aluminum Profile Factory Co., Ltd. to immediately rectify the foundry within a time limit, ordered Julong Aluminum Co., Ltd. to immediately stop the production of the foundry for rectification, and instructed the Jiangmen Emergency Management Bureau to investigate and punish according to law, and issue relevant law enforcement documents , track hidden dangers and implement rectification. After the “4.3” accident in Qingyuan, emergency management departments at all levels required many times to strictly implement the relevant requirements of the “seven aluminum rules”. Hidden dangers, especially the problem of not setting up alarm interlocking devices in important facilities is prominent, laying the groundwork for the accident.
