The factory has a total area of 28,000 square meters and mainly produces lightweight core components for high-end products such as automotive transmissions and retarders. After completion, it will increase the annual production capacity of 230,000 units of retarders and core components of S transmissions. The sales revenue is 1.1 billion yuan, the annual profit and tax is 100 million yuan, and about 300 new jobs are created.
The biggest highlight of the whole project is that all products are lightweight. Taking the transmission as an example, due to the use of all-aluminum alloy material, the weight of each transmission is reduced by more than 100 kg compared to the previous cast iron transmission. Every 10% reduction in vehicle weight can reduce fuel consumption by 8%, save electricity by 9%, and reduce emissions by 10%. It can be seen from this that Fast’s lightweight hydraulic retarder has a very obvious “double-down section” effect. Moreover, the weight saved not only reduces the fuel consumption of the car, but can also be converted into payload, realizing double benefits.
The entire factory is in line with the national high-quality development standards, and more than 70 sets (sets) of equipment such as die-casting equipment, melting equipment, testing equipment, and information systems are currently the most advanced equipment in the world, from production to management. change. It is understood that after the project is completed and put into operation, this smart factory will enable Fast Group’s retarder to achieve a double leap in “quality” and “quantity”, and accelerate the promotion of Fast Group’s Baoji sector towards the era of tens of billions.
