The National Engineering Research Center for Alloy Precision Forming, Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, etc., focus on R&D and production of heat-free aluminum alloy materials for integrated super-large die-casting parts (new energy vehicle body, chassis, etc.), and promote the application to new energy vehicle enterprises .

According to reports, in 2012, Yongmaotai cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University to jointly develop high-strength and tough die-casting aluminum alloy materials (heat-free materials). . The products produced are used in Volkswagen engine oil pans, and have been supplied in large quantities for many years since 2013.

Yongmaotai said that at present, the company is independently or cooperatively developing high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy materials, heat treatment-free high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy materials, heat-treatment-free high elongation aluminum alloy materials, and high-strength integrated die-casting aluminum alloy materials. The products have higher The comprehensive properties such as elongation, tensile strength and yield strength are good, and some materials are in the stage of sample delivery and trial production to auto parts customers.

It is understood that Yongmaotai is mainly engaged in the business of casting aluminum alloy and aluminum alloy auto parts for automobiles, and currently has production bases in Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong, Sichuan and other places. Among them, aluminum alloy products for automobiles include aluminum alloy ingots and aluminum alloy liquid, accounting for about 75% of revenue, and auto parts products include traditional fuel vehicle parts and new energy vehicle parts.
