It was officially put into commercial operation in March 2021, with a turnover of more than 17 million yuan in the same year, successfully realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Qiu Ziao introduced that the aero-engine and some key components of the transmission system can only be formed by casting because of the built-in complex oil circuits. The company’s core technology of non-linear pressure control in the filling process of anti-gravity casting can greatly improve the metallurgical quality of such castings while meeting the lightweight requirements of aerospace products, providing a basic guarantee for its subsequent long-term stable service.

After decades of accumulation, why did it become industrialized?

“Our equipments are all non-standard designs, so a lot of technical docking needs to be done in the early stage of each project, and technicians must be responsible for the market.
